Problem
The practice wanted to explore how a membership and rewards experience could work online.
What we built
A React interface prototype with registration, member dashboards, rewards, appointments, medical-aid, and payment screens. The current prototype stores demonstration account and loyalty state in the browser; it is not presented as a production payment or patient-record system.
The deliverable
A working interface prototype for evaluating the member journey.
