Problem
Bespoke jewellery requires a customer-facing collection experience and an operational process for commissions and client relationships.
What we built
An editorial storefront with collections, product pages, journal content, and commission enquiry journeys. The companion backend uses Directus and PostgreSQL for catalogue and content, with a studio interface for clients, enquiries, commissions, orders, and follow-ups. An outbox worker provides the dispatch foundation. This connected platform remains in development.
