Problem
Customer data, content, product information, and sales follow-ups were spread across separate tools and processes.
What we built
An authenticated command application with inbox, pipeline, contacts, quotes, catalogue, content, media, and mail-management areas. The backend work includes database migrations, a CRM bridge, an outbox worker, and operational monitoring. This build remains an ongoing platform development project.

A dedicated operations interface and backend foundation for Cape Reed.
